To listen to the following music - just begin playing the first track or any within the collection and the player will automatically play them through.
Little Bit of Sympathy...In 1967 Robin Trower received his big break when he joined Procol Harum, just after their smash hit; "A Whiter Shade of Pale," but was too restrained within the band and went solo eventually releasing the Album - "Bridge of Sighs" 1974, which reminded people all too well of the late Jimi Hendrix and his 1968 Album - "Electric Ladyland" and subsequently became Robins biggest hit - peaking at number 7 of the U.S. Top Ten Charts.
Hipnotized'Hypnotized' is a ballad written by Bob Welch. The song featured on Fleetwood Mac's 1973 album; "Mystery To Me" with Welch at the Helm. The track was released on a single as a B-side of "For Your Love". The song, as indicated by the title takes the form of a mystical, dreamy reverie. The song features triple time rhythm on drums by Mick Fleetwood and combines acoustic guitar & electric keyboards to give a jazzier essence to the song. Welch draws upon the use of jazz fourth chords in the song - playing in a minor key and also features a many octave, moody, guitar solo by guitarist Bob Weston.
Shake Your TailfeatherFrom: "The Definitive Collection" The Blues Brothers - 1992. - A lot of peeps don't realize that Lead Singer - John Belushi & Co-lead Singer/Harmonica Player - Dan Aykroyd led a band comprised of some of the greatest Blues Musicians of the day,...Backed by such experienced professional R&B sidemen as lead guitarist Steve Cropper, sax man Lou Marini, trumpeter Alan Rubin, & bass guitarist Donald "Duck" Dunn - who were legendary session players for the Stax label.
Fly by Night LadyThe Debut Album from the St. Louis Quintet: Head East - "Flat As A Pancake" - Early 1975
Independently recorded and released on their own Pyramid Records label in early 1975.
When the track "Never Been Any Reason" began to attract radio attention, A&M Records signed the band and re-released "Flat As a Pancake" in June 1975.
Hangin' on to the Good TimesFrom: Little Feat - "Let It Roll" - 1988
American Blues/R&B band Little Feat was formed
by ex-Mothers of Invention slide guitarist; Lowell George and Bill Payne in LA in 1969. The band has had two incarnations: the first piloted by George until his death in 1979 and the Payne -led second version, who reformed in 1988 and still play today. The first two blues/rock Lowell George albums are noted as fan favourites. The band released seven studio albums and one live one; Waiting for Columbus.
This platinum-selling record, which features contributions from Rolling Stone Mick Taylor, has been described as being among the best live albums ever recorded.
John Mayer's 2009 "Battle Studies" album is his latest
11 song offering. John has developed a style that's somewhere
between Eric Clapton & Sting and is a rare triple threat;
songwriter, singer, and excellent guitar player. Enclosed
is one of my favorites off the album.

"Buckingham Nicks" was released by the Duo in vinyl form
back in 1973 and was considered a flop. It's gone on to garner
cult status and is considered quite rare these days. The enclosed
recording is from a vinyl album. In a Sept., 2006 interview;
Lindsey expressed an interest in finally releasing Buckingham
Nicks on Cd and possibly touring with Stevie to promote the
new re-release.
Legend has it - Mick Fleetwood (His surname, combined with
that of John McVie, was the inspiration for the name of the
original 1967 Peter Green-led Fleetwood Mac - which then led
to Bob Welch) was in a Van Nuys, California recording studio
'Sound City' 1974 (Scouting for replacements for Fleetwood Mac
as Bob Welch had retired) where they were showing Mick the
equipment by playing "Frozen Love" which had been mixed there
for an American band; 'Buckingham Nicks'. Upon hearing the duo
for the first time Mick had to know WHO THEY WERE !!
Lindsey Buckingham was coincidentally at Sound City that day
recording some demos. Lindsey was quickly introduced to the
drummer from the British Band,...Mick soon asked him to join
Fleetwood Mac,...Lindsey agreed, on the condition that his musical
partner and girlfriend, Stephanie "Stevie" Nicks, also become
part of the band; Mick agreed to this, and the rest,...
is Fleetwood Mac history.

The Rockin' Blues Band; Storyville, released 3 albums under
that name before breaking up. Lead Singer: Malford Milligan,
Bass Player: Tommy Shannon, Drums: Chris Layton whom were
Stevie Ray Vaughn's Double Trouble,...along with Joe Ely
and John Mellencamp's David Grissom & Dave Holt on Guitars
were a hard hitting touring act that almost redefined
Blues Rock. I was fortunate to hear them open for the
Fabulous Thunderbirds at the Cain's Ballroom, and a
second time at the original Sunset Grill - on Peoria for 6 bux.

One of the most critically acclaimed musicians to date
and a co-founder of rock super-group Traffic.
Dave Mason has always been an influential guitarist,
singer & songwriter,...that's Dave on the acoustic guitar
on Jimi Hendrix's original version of Dylan's "All Along
The Watchtower". I thought I'd enclose one of my
favorites from his "Greatest Hits" Collection.

Joe Bonamassa was born in Utica, New York.
He received his first guitar from his father at the age of 5,
and by age 7 he was playing Stevie Ray Vaughan tunes note for
note. At the age of 11, during a short period of being
mentored by Danny Gatton, he learned such styles as
country and jazz as well as heavy rock. During this time
with Gatton, Bonamassa sat in with Gatton's band whenever
they played in New York. He first opened for B. B. King at
12 years of age. After first hearing him play, King said,
“This kid's potential is unbelievable. He hasn't even begun
to scratch the surface. He's one of a kind.” At 14, he was
invited to attend a Fender guitar event; during that trip to
the West Coast he met Berry Oakley, Jr. Bonamassa and Berry
founded the group Bloodline with Miles Davis's son Erin
and Robby Krieger's son Waylon. They released one album
which produced two chart singles — "Stone Cold Hearted",
and "Dixie Peach." He has since played with other music
greats including Buddy Guy, Foreigner, Robert Cray,
Stephen Stills, Joe Cocker, Gregg Allman, Steve Winwood,
Paul Jones, Eric Clapton, and Derek Trucks.
